information contained herein is provided by independent third parties, including foreign government agents, orphanage staff,
and/or others, according to local policy and procedure. Madison Adoption Associates are not trained medical personnel, and
cannot offer any medical opinion or analysis as to the health or conditions described in any of these referrals. We encourage
all families who are considering the adoption of a child with special needs to consult with a medical specialist to fully
understand the health information and risks. Madison Adoption Associates does not guarantee the translated accuracy of
medical information.
By reviewing the referral information of the waiting children contained here, you agree to the following:
in-line with MAA’s Mission Statement, to treat each child with dignity; always acting in the best interests of the child.
to regard all photographs, videos and information about each child as highly confidential. Information will not be copied, forwarded, or shared with anyone without the express permission of MAA.
to not post any harmful or damaging comments about any waiting child on public websites, social media sites, or other media channels.
Madison Adoption Associates may, in its discretion, discontinue its relationship with any person who does not abide by the above restrictions. For adoptive families, this will unconditionally result in a discontinuation of the adoption process, and any fees paid to that point will not be refundable. Madison Adoption Associates, at its discretion, may initiate legal action against any person for breach of confidentiality.
